1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Energetic Engineers website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.
2. Services
Energetic Engineers provides renewable energy solutions including but not limited to solar EPC, wind energy installation, biogas plant installation, plant and infrastructure installation, annual maintenance contracts (AMC), and consultation services.
3. Quotations and Proposals
All quotations and proposals provided by Energetic Engineers are:
- Valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified
- Subject to site verification and final assessment
- Exclusive of applicable taxes unless explicitly stated
- Subject to change based on market conditions and material availability
4. Project Execution
Upon acceptance of a proposal:
- A formal agreement will be executed between parties
- Payment terms will be as specified in the agreement
- Project timeline will commence upon receipt of advance payment and necessary approvals
- Client is responsible for providing site access and necessary permissions
5. Warranties
Energetic Engineers provides warranties as specified in individual project agreements. Product warranties are as per manufacturer terms. Workmanship warranty covers defects in installation for the period specified in the agreement.
6. Maintenance Contracts (AMC)
Annual Maintenance Contracts include:
- Scheduled preventive maintenance visits
- Emergency support as per contract terms
- Performance monitoring and reporting
- Exclusions: Acts of God, vandalism, negligence, and unauthorized modifications
7. Payment Terms
Payment terms are as specified in individual agreements. Late payments may attract interest as per applicable laws. We reserve the right to suspend services for overdue accounts.
8. Limitation of Liability
Energetic Engineers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service.
9. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, pandemics, or supply chain disruptions.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Energetic Engineers and is protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kanyakumari (K.K.) District, Tamil Nadu.
12. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
